Cancellation & rescheduling policy
Reservations are required in advance — we do not accept walk-ins. Because flights are weather-dependent and time-sensitive, please review our policy carefully before booking.
- Join-in flights: you must notify us at least three full days (72 hours) before your flight date to cancel or reschedule.
- Private & VIP flights: a 30-day cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.
- No-shows: guests who miss their flight forfeit payment in full and will not be rebooked. We cannot wait for late arrivals.
Weather cancellations
Safety always comes first. If we cancel due to inclement weather (rain, fog or high winds), we will do our best to reschedule you for another day during your stay. If we cannot, you will be refunded in full for any charges already made.

We use trusted third parties to operate our business, including our online booking system (TripWorks) and embedded maps (Google Maps). These providers process information in line with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
