Pre-Flight

Flight Requirements

Ballooning is a fun, safe and exciting activity for almost anyone, however there are a few things to keep in mind. Please take a moment to ensure that you, your friends and family meet the flight requirements.

While we love having families fly with us, children must be at least 8 years old AND 57” tall to participate. Expectant mothers are not permitted to fly, nor are four-legged family members (including emotional support animals). We do not offer pet-sitting during flights. All guests must be able bodied, in good health, and able to understand and follow instructions. Our gondolas (ballon baskets) are not wheelchair accessible, nor can they accommodate service animals, oxygen tanks, crutches, canes, or other assistive devices.

If needed, all guests will be shuttled to the designated launch site from our meeting location for the morning. Like any outdoor sporting activity, there is no set end time, so plan to be with us anywhere between 3-4 hours in total.

*Meeting location may be subject to change due to COVID-19 safety. Our staff will confirm with you the day before your flight by the evening at the latest.
